This year's Dutch featured act @ the Live in Your Living Room NYC Festival edition 2012, is Rotterdam-based band iET.

Lisa van Viegen: iET is my nickname. It is just a name although the music might cause an intense Emotional Thrill. 

With her partner Budy, iET started developing her own material, sound and style. At first mostly inspired by artists like Erykah Badu, Jill Scott and d’Angelo, they got on the track of Grammy Award winning producer Russell Elevado. They approached Mr. Elevado, and this resulted in him wanting to work with iET and Budy. Now, while Russell "The Dragon" Elevado is finalizing the recordings they made together, iET produced a project that resulted in their debut-album "The Kitchen Recordings". This was released in the Fall of 2011.

iET performed in NYC earlier, for example they did a show in The Living Room. At home, iET was support act for R&B/neo soul legend Macy Gray in Paradiso.

The album produced by Russell Elevado is expected to be released somewhere later this year.
